My Personal Philosophy of Living:
- Age is not a problem and excuse
- We are all what we Eat: Stay Sugars-Free, Zero-Pesticides, Zero-Unhealthy Addictions
- Optimize your diet, eat optimal products and amounts for your metabolism, motility, current lifestyle and activity, and digestive system tolenrances
- Every person should listen and feel own body as it is unique
- Every living creature is born to be in motion: don’t stop moving, or you will start get old and dying
- Every human body requires motion, physical activities, muscle work and stretching for a few hours a day for well being
- in a healthy, slim body there is healthy and efficient brain
- if something not work in your body, you must work it out harder
- Everybody is Unique, should stay Unique, and should tolerate Uniqueness of anybody else: ‘Vive la diffé²¥nce’
- Be Natural and Real not Fake: Don’t Pose, Don’t Act, Don’t Play or Follow anybody else
- analyse everything from every possible perspective
- Stay relaxed and have a smile: smiling people are much more beautiful and attractive. A Smile generates smile of another person
- The Energy you radiate, returns amplified
- Start and End a day with something you love
- Do what you love, at least one hour a day
- outdoor is better than indoor
- Try something new and be elastic, in order not to get stagnated
- Don’t let others to ‘kill child inside you’, otherwise you will be as old as they are
- Don’t be fooled by religion, politics, influencers, lobbyists
Keep Balanced:
- reality above virtuality
- simplicity vs. self-confidence
- be “physical” outside the office work
- be “now & here”
- physical activities vs. psychological and mental processes
- motion and exercise vs. immobile computer work
- release, reset, turn-off the brain, stop overthinking outside the work, switch thinking process to another/new subjects
- remove negative and critical thoughts always related to developer, cyber-security roles
Keep Slim Body and Physical Condition
- keeping health, slim body and physical condition, is much easier than improve it
- do the body and muscle stretching, and exercises when you wake up
- maintain your natural muscle shape continuously, instead of bodybuilding or doing nothing
- move and stretch all your muscles frequently, to keep muscle memory
- stretch your muscle immediately when you fill tension or discomfort
- do not overload your body by additional weight. Your most important organs are developed in yought, and are optimal for a ‘low cargo’
- physical condition drops dramatically after 1-2 weeks of inactivity
- each muscle shrinks after 1 week of inactivity
- don’t ‘pump’ your body and muscles with steroids + body building, sooner or later you will look like dried plum
I believe physical activities and exercises 2h a day are extremely important, and ‘is a must’ for developers for their health and a whole team spirit:
- metabolize 99% of typical health problems
- Leaving “Stand-by mode” of all human organs, and rises them up to 100% activity for self healing
- Generating Endorfine, Serotonin as natural antidepressant and removing internal anxiety, irritation which affect whole team
- Assuring long-term brain efficiency, focus and stable work
- Physical tiredness cures mental exhaustion
- Oxygenating brain
- releasing muscle tension
- removing stress
- releasing backbone pains
- removing digestive system problems
Don’t eat things that kills you (my personal choice and subjective opinion).
- Don’t follow advertisement, propaganda, ideology, political correctnes in your food choice
- Every person is unique and have different tolerance and assimilation of food related to digestive system state
- Personally, 2 months of vegetarian diet destroyed myself. I recovered with Carnivore/KETO Low Carbohydrates diet to normal live after a few months
- Most of plant contain pesticides to increase chance of procreate, for fighting with creatures eating them
- pesticides unseal colon/bowel, which cause a lot of medical problems including allergy, asthma, parasites, poisoning, intoxicating whole body
- humans do not have 4 stomachs as a cow for in stomach digest of raw plant food, and it is usually fermenting in the colon/bowel
- In case you have any problems with colon/bowel (eg. candida, irritable bowel, etc.) vegetarian/vegan diet is definitely not for you
- If you eat only vegetarian/vegan food, your energy/calories comes mostly from sugars/carbohydrates and you have energy only for a while.
Sugars initiate allergies/asthma and feed cancer/inflammation/mycosis/yeast. - If you finally decided for plant products, treat them with thermal process (to kill yeast, mycosis, mold, pesticides) as it is done usually with meat
- in our climate, there is necessity of heating body 3/4 a year, so you need additional energy from food. So, eat hot food in this period of a year especially if you spend much time for outdoor activities/work.
